Reservations & Payment: Reservations must be made within ten (10) days of the selected game and include a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $200.00. Payments must be made in full and processed at least five (5) days prior to the game.

Ticket Delivery: All guests must have a game ticket and a wristband to access the suites. Tickets and wristbands will be available for pickup or mail (fees may apply). Tickets may be picked up at the game at the Will-Call office by Gate C (opens 1.5 hours before first pitch) or in advance during normal Box Office hours. Groups are responsible for assigning tickets and wristbands to their members once tickets are delivered. Suites open one (1) hour before first pitch unless otherwise arranged with a member of the Black Bears staff.

Game in Progress: In the event of a game cancelation after gates open, your event will be catered and charged as scheduled. If the game is canceled before it constitutes a complete game, a Black Bears representative will contact you to reschedule your suite tickets. Food and beverage credits will not be issued for the rescheduled suite date.

Game Canceled Prior to Gates Opening: In the event of a game cancelation and the gates do not open, a Black Bears representative will contact you to reschedule your suite tickets and catering.

Please note per MLB Draft League rules, five innings (or four and a half innings if the home team is leading the game) constitutes a complete game and no refunds/credits will be issued (view complete Canceled Game Policy)
