Due to the high number of requests, the Black Bears will only be able to fulfill donations within a 50-mile radius of Kendrick Family Ballpark, and we require at least 10-14 business days lead time for fulfillment and shipping.

To fulfill as many donations as possible, the Black Bears prioritize donation requests by event date. Accepted donations will be mailed or available for pickup 7-10 days from the date of the event with email confirmation.
