The most popular night at the ballpark is back as Star Wars Night, presented by WVU Medicine, returns on Saturday, July 13 at 7:00 p.m.! Meet Star Wars characters and grab a light sword from the team store as the Bears take on the Williamsport Crosscutters.

In addition to the festivities, fans can bid in-game on specialty jerseys worn by the Black Bears that evening with all proceeds benefitting WVU Medicine Children's Hospital. Details on this year's jersey design and auction will be released closer to the season.

2024 Star Wars Jersey

This season, we're celebrating the Wookiee legend and Millennium Falcon co-pilot Chewbacca! These special character jerseys feature Chewie's signature fur and bandolier with the Black Bears script on the front. Worn by the Bears on July 13, these jerseys will be auctioned during the game with all proceeds benefiting WVU Medicine Children's Hospital. A separate auction will be held online after the game for a few remaining jerseys. Stay tuned for more information on the online auction!

Every year, West Virginia debuts a specialty Star Wars Night jersey. These jerseys are worn by the Black Bears players and are auctioned off during the game. Jerseys are then picked up post-game or washed and picked up/mailed the following day. Jerseys may be signed by the players wearing them upon request. All proceeds of the auction benefit WVU Medicine Children's Hospital. Stay tuned for more information on this year's jersey design and auction!
