Season Ticket Holder of the Game
Every home game, one Season Ticket Holder will be selected from those present as Season Ticket Holder of the Game. Each Season Ticket Holder of the Game has the option to spin a prize wheel for the opportunity to win gift cards, merchandise, and other great prizes OR take $25 in Black Bears Bucks.
Any rewards not retrieved by the end of the season are forfeit. All rewards may be picked up at Guest Services during the game.
Homestand Coupons
Each home stand, enjoy specials JUST for Season Ticket Holders! No printing or cutting coupons involved, just show your Season Ticket Holder ID card for in-store merchandise, ticket, and concession specials. Homestand Coupon specials will be announced by email prior to each home stand.
Homestand Coupons may not be applied with another discount. Homestand Concessions Coupons may only be used once per game.
Team Store Discount
Season Ticket Holders enjoy a year-round 20% discount on Black Bears merchandise in the Team Store. Discounts apply to in-store and online purchases. Per team store policies, only one discount may be applied at a time, unless otherwise specified for in-store purchases only. Discounts may not be combined in the online team store.

Season Ticket Holders are granted early entry to every promotional giveaway date. Early entry begins 30 minutes prior to gates opening (e.g., if gates open at 6:00 p.m., Season Ticket Holders may enter at 5:30 p.m.).

For a discounted price, Season Ticket Holders may park in the large, paved lot that surrounds Kendrick Family Ballpark closest to Gate C. Season Ticket Holders will be issued a parking pass that allows them entry to the parking lot.
As with all game day parking lots, the season parking lot will open two (2) hours prior to first pitch.
2024 SEASON TICKET HOLDER PRICE: $60 PER PARKING PASS (REGULAR PRICE - $75)
Season Ticket Holders may exchange unused season tickets or tickets for rain out dates for the equivalent number of single-game tickets. Please note all ticket exchanges are based upon availability and seats cannot be guaranteed for any game.
MON-THURS GAMES
Exchange up to eight (8) unused tickets at one time. All exchanges are based upon availability. Exchanges may be processed by phone, but tickets must be presented to the box office or will-call at the time the new tickets are issued.
WEEKEND GAMES
Exchange up to six (6) unused tickets at one time. All exchanges are based upon availability. Exchanges may be processed by phone, but tickets must be presented to the box office or will-call at the time the new tickets are issued.
STANDING ROOM ONLY
Exchange up to twelve (12) unused tickets at one time for twelve (12) standing room-only tickets to any game. All exchanges are based upon availability. Exchanges may be processed by phone, but tickets must be presented to the box office or will-call at the time the new tickets are issued.
MVP Rewards Program
Every Season Ticket Holder is automatically registered into the Black Bears MVP Rewards Program. Season Ticket Holders receive points for every visit to Kendrick Family Ballpark.
Point Accumulation
- Attendance Points: One (1) per game (40 pts. max)
- Bonus Points: Loyalty Points - STH for 5+ years: 5 pts.
- Maximum Possible Points: 45 pts.
