Accessing Digital Tickets

When you receive your season tickets, they will be delivered to your email account from the email address ordertracking @ tickets.com. Inside is your receipt and a list of your tickets.

Tickets will be delivered to the email address indicated on the Season Ticket Holder Delivery form or the primary email address on file.

The Black Bears Ticket Office is here to help you access your season tickets. Contact the Ticket Office Manager for assistance with digital delivery or to re-print tickets.

To Print Tickets at Home:

  • Click the link in your email that says "Click here to access your tickets."

  • When the Tickets.com page opens, it will show all available tickets. Select which tickets you’d like to print by tapping on the box in the column "SELECT FOR PRINTING."
  • To print all tickets for all 40 home games, click the gold box "SELECT ALL."
  • Note: Each ticket creates a unique barcode when printed. If printing all tickets at once, barcodes may load slowly or appear as ❌. If this occurs, close the window and exit your browser. Then complete the process with fewer tickets selected to print. For further assistance, contact the the Ticket Office Manager.

  • After selecting tickets to print, scroll to the bottom and select the gold "VIEW & PRINT TICKETS" button.
  • Once the ticket appears, it will prompt you to print the sheet. Print the entire page, and bring the paper to scan at the gate.

To Access Tickets Digitally:

Tickets will be scanned off your mobile device at the gate.

  • Tap the link in your email that says "Click here to access your tickets."
  • Note: As of May 20, 2024, we do not have access to add mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet. We apologize for the inconvenience and continue to remedy this issue.

  • Present this barcode to scan at the gate.
  • Tap the arrows at the bottom of the page to view each seat's barcode for the selected games. Each ticket needs scanned prior to entry at Kendrick Family Ballpark.
