Shipping Information

Mail option is $8.00 for US domestic shipping and $25.00 for international shipping. Domestic orders placed by December 12th at 12:00 PM will have best chance at arrival by Christmas. Due to shipping delays, we cannot guarantee shipping on international orders.

ONLY ORDERS WITH A DELIVERY METHOD OF "MAIL" WILL BE POSTED. If you want to have your items mailed after purchase, please contact the Box Office.

Due to high volume of orders around the holidays and potential delays with shipping carriers, please place your orders by December 12 to ensure the best chance for delivery by December 25. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that the West Virginia Black Bears are not responsible for shipping delays or lost or stolen parcels.

All orders placed after 1 PM on December 19, 2025, will be shipped once operations resume on January 5, 2026.
