Trenton Makes, Baseball Takes: Thunder Alumni Set to Dominate in 2026 World Baseball Classic

(TRENTON, NJ) -- Your Trenton Thunder, presented by NJM Insurance Group, are thrilled to announce that a powerhouse group of alumni will represent their respective nations in the upcoming 2026 World Baseball Classic spanning players, coaches, and managers. From established MLB superstars to rising coaching talent, "Trenton Makes, the World Takes" is being felt on a global scale as 12 former Trenton greats take the world stage.

Highlighting the roster for Team USA is Yankees captain Aaron Judge, who ruled the Trenton outfield. Joining him on the mound is right-hander Garrett Whitlock while legendary southpaw Andy Pettitte returns to the dugout as the United States Pitching Coach.

The Thunder’s impact reaches far beyond USA borders, with alumni represented across seven different international rosters:
