(Trenton, NJ) -- Get ready for a campaign unlike any other! As the nation gears up to celebrate America's 250th Birthday in 2026, the Trenton Thunder's beloved mascot, Cloudman, is stepping up to the plate with his very own platform. Following in the footsteps of Boomer's legendary 2024 presidential bid which successfully collected school supplies for Trenton area students all season long, it is now officially Cloudman's turn to take the spotlight!

Introducing "Cloudman's Salute to Troops presented by FASTSIGNS of Lawrenceville NJ." This unique and patriotic campaign promises to be a fun and heartwarming way to engage the community and honor the brave men and women who are serving our country. Cloudman might not utter a single word, but his platform is crystal clear: thanking our active-duty military and showing them the love they deserve from your Thunder Community.

"Cloudman believes there is no better way to celebrate America's 250th birthday than by thanking the heroes who protect it," said Mike Warren, the Thunder's Radio Broadcaster and Official Mascot Campaign Spokesperson. "That's why we're launching Cloudman's Salute to Troops, focused entirely on honoring our service members and bringing the community together to send a piece of home to those serving overseas."

Throughout the 2026 season, the Thunder are calling on fans to write letters to active service members stationed around the world and to make sure these special messages are delivered safely, fans can drop their letters in a special branded mailbox located at the Fan Services Booth behind Section 208 all season long.

The highlight of the campaign will take place on Thursday, July 16th for the much-anticipated Cloudman's Salute to Troops Night. This amazing evening of baseball, patriotism, and family fun will feature a one-of-a-kind giveaway when we give out a Cloudman Bobblehead given out to the first 1,000 fans ages 13+ presented by FASTSIGNS of Lawrenceville, NJ.

This campaign is all about community spirit, celebrating our nation's semiquincentennial, and supporting the heroes who serve our country. It’s a meaningful way to get involved, have fun, and make a real difference for troops worldwide. So, join the movement! Grab a pen, write a letter to a hero, and cheer on Cloudman's incredible platform this season!
