Jeff will be entering his 21st season with the Trenton Thunder and ninth as President/General Manager. A native of Hamilton, NJ, Hurley played baseball at nearby Steinert High School and was a pitcher at DeSales University in Allentown, PA graduating with a degree in Accounting before joining the Thunder front office as an intern in 2004.

He was hired as a Group Sales Representative following the 2004 season and has held the titles of Media Relations Assistant, Community Relations and Baseball Operations Manager, Baseball Operations and Accounting Manager, Director of Finance and Baseball Operations and Chief Financial Officer over his years with the Thunder. In September 2015, Jeff was named General Manager/Chief Operating Office becoming the 5th in team history. Following the 2018 season Jeff was voted on by the Eastern League as Executive of the Year.

In addition to his role with the Thunder, Hurley has served as a member of the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton Young Professionals organization since 2013. In 2017 Hurley was recognized as the Robert Wood Johnson Hamilton Young Professional of the Year voted on by his peers. Hurley also sits on the Board of Directors for the Hamilton Area YMCA, Miracle League of Mercer County, Princeton Mercer Chamber of Commerce, Central Jersey Rebels Baseball Organization, Mercer County Military Action Council and the Hamilton YMCA Advisory Council. Jeff is currently the Chair of the Princeton Mercer Convention and Visitors Bureau and is a member of the Robbinsville-Hamilton Rotary Club. In 2024, Jeff was recognized by the Hamilton Township (NJ) Economic Development Commission as the Maurice T. Perilli Business Volunteer of the Year during the Commissions Awards Dinner.

Jeff is a resident of Hamilton, NJ where he lives with his wife Kacie, his sons Carson and Cameron, and their dog Maddux - who was adopted through the NorthStar Vets Dog of the Day program.

Jon joined the Trenton Thunder Front Office Staff in September of 2014 and currently serves as the General Manager. Born and raised in South Jersey, he graduated from James Madison University, in Harrisonburg, Virginia, in 2013 with a degree in Marketing. When not at the ballpark, Jon enjoys spending time at the beach down in Cape May, NJ and rooting on the Philadelphia sports teams! “go birds”

Eric is the last remaining member of the original Thunder Front Office. He joined the Thunder organization in December of 1993 as the team's Director of Marketing & Merchandising. In 2001, Eric became the Executive Director of Marketing for both the Thunder and their sister team the Lakewood (now Jersey Shore) BlueClaws (Affiliate of The Philadelphia Phillies). In September of 2005, Eric was promoted to the Vice President of Marketing for both clubs and in November of 2009, he was named Senior Vice President of Corporate Sales and Sponsorships for the Thunder. He ended his affiliation with the BlueClaws after the 2017 season.

Eric oversees all aspects of marketing for the Thunder including national, regional and local sponsorships, promotional night giveaways, and in-game promotions. He is also the editor of the Thunder Road Game Program. Eric also is the caretaker and he shares his office with Thunder Batdogs Rookie & Dash. He previously had the same duties with Chase & Derby. Rookie and Eric have traveled to Yankee Stadium, along with having Rookie retrieving bats in other parks, like Sahlen Field in Buffalo, PNC Field in Scranton, along with Bowie, MD and Staten Island, NY. Eric is a member of the Saint Joseph's University Sports Marketing Advisory Board, which instituted a Sports Marketing Major at the school in the fall of 2011. He also lectures on Sports Marketing and the Business of Baseball at Saint Joseph's University. Eric has worked closely with all the Thunder MLB affiliates the Tigers, Red Sox, Yankees and Blue Jays, along with Thunder alumni in the Majors on Rehabs and player promotional items like bobbleheads and personal appearances at Thunder games.

Lydia brings 28 years of sales experience in the Central Jersey marketplace to the Thunder Corporate Sales department. As VP of Sponsorship, she oversees corporate partnerships, services local accounts and provides leadership in the team’s sales department. Lydia resides in Hamilton with her three sons Tyler, Gehrig and Aaron.

Casey is the Vice President of Ticket Sales for the Thunder. She graduated from Holy Family University in 2015 with a degree in Sports Marketing-Management. She once chauffeured Tim Tebow from Trenton to Princeton. When she's not doing that, she enjoys reading and jigsaw puzzles.

Dan joined the Trenton Thunder in January 2023 as the Corporate Ticket Sales Manager. A Langhorne, PA resident, he graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in 2019 with a degree in Sports Marketing. He’s previously held several roles in the sports and entertainment industry. When Dan is not working, he enjoys travelling to attend different sporting events across the country.

Spencer joined the Trenton Thunder in 2021 as a Promotions Intern and used his voice as the On-Field Host for the 2023 season and parts of 2021 and 2022. As a recent college graduate from Rowan University in 2023, he joined the Sales Department in 2024 as a Ticket Sales Account Representative. Spencer is a big baseball fan, but when he isn't in the baseball world, he enjoys playing hockey, great food, and spending time with family and friends.

Born and raised in NJ, served as a Game Day Intern in 2022 & 2024. Graduated from Clemson University in 2024 with a degree in Business Management and Sports Communication. I enjoy watching and playing sports, spending time in the outdoors, and playing card and board games with friends and family.

Kylee graduated with a degree in Business from Montgomery College in Maryland. This is her first season with the Trenton Thunder. She loves the four major sports, but baseball is her favorite. When she's not at Trenton Thunder Ballpark, you'll most likely see her at Citizens Bank Park rooting on the Phillies.

Victoria Lark is the Director of Merchandise for the Trenton Thunder, entering her third season with the team and seventh overall in professional baseball. Victoria brings a wealth of experience to the Thunder, having previously worked for both the Miami Marlins and Houston Astros organizations, where she gained experience in everything from marketing to ballpark entertainment. A Florida native, Victoria now calls Hamilton, NJ home along with her shih tzu, Zero. She is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University – North Miami. Victoria’s favorite Trenton Thunder merchandise item? Anything featuring the World Famous Family of Batdogs! When she’s not keeping Thunder fans decked out in the latest gear, you can find Victoria engrossed in a good book, particularly true crime and suspense/thrillers. During Thunder games, she’s a constant presence on the concourse, bouncing between the team store, the prize wheel, and the merchandise cart, leading her team and ensuring fans have access to all the best Thunder swag.

James Klepesky is responsible for managing the overall upkeep of the ballpark. This includes overseeing tasks such as cleaning, repairs, landscaping, and general maintenance. James takes pride in his role and works diligently to ensure that the ballpark is always ready for games and events. He coordinates with a team of staff members to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. James understands the importance of providing a clean and safe environment for players, fans, and staff members alike. He is dedicated to ensuring that the ballpark remains a top-notch facility for everyone to enjoy for many years to come.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, attended The University of Rhode Island majoring in Turfgrass Management. Interned with the Red Sox and Phillies before becoming an assistant with the Hartford Yard Goats and New Hampshire Fisher Cats

Ben oversees the organic marketing efforts for the Trenton Thunder with social media, website, community appearances while developing strategy for paid advertising. During the season, he manages the Promotions & Mascot Departments which execute all of the between-inning games for fans to participate in.

Elizabeth - or Liz to many - joined the Trenton Thunder for the first time in the 2015 season as a production intern, then went on to be a regular on the game day staff through the 2018 season. After graduating from Montclair State University in 2018, Liz worked a couple other jobs including MLB Network where she received an Emmy award for working on MLB Tonight in 2019. Liz has now returned to Trenton Thunder as Director, Production and is thrilled to be back where combing her love for baseball and television production all began!

Marisa- commonly known as the pro hair whipper during the Thunder's Air Guitar Cam- joined the Trenton Thunder for her first season in 2017 as a Gameday Photographer, and has since made her way up to the creative team's second in command as the Production Assistant. Graduating from Northern Burlington High School in 2013, Marisa studied Photography and Digital Imaging at Mercer County Community College, where she finished her Associates degree in early 2019. In that time, Marisa rediscovered her love of baseball and was eager to entertain fans at the Thunder. When she's not giving Rookie and Dash belly rubs and playing fetch in the office, Marisa will spend her leisure time making art and covering stories for her local news- or taking a long nap.

Corey was hired into the food service and catering department for the Thunder prior to the 2005 season. He was named Executive Chef for the team in 2015 and is responsible for catering the Primepoint Club, the Luxury Suites, and Picnic areas at Trenton Thunder Ballpark. Corey currently resides in Trenton, NJ.

Amber Cosmo is a Trenton Thunder veteran, entering her 19th season with the team. While this marks her 3rd season as Director of Food Service Administration, Amber has been a member of the Food Service Accounting Department for the entirety of her tenure.

You can often find Amber on the concourse during games, lending a hand wherever needed – from checking in on concession stands to even hopping behind a register to help serve Thunder fans. The Thunder has become a family affair for Amber, as her daughter and mother also work for the organization. Her mother has been a familiar face on the Luxury Suite Level for the past 15 years.

A Philadelphia native, Amber holds degrees from Philadelphia Community College and currently resides there with her daughter. When she's not at the ballpark, Amber enjoys relaxing and watching a good murder mystery on TV. Her favorite ballpark treat? The Squealer! This delicious pork roll breakfast sandwich, made with French toast, can be found at the Pork Roll Paradise stand.
