HOW TO PURCHASE MEMBERSHIP:

1. Fill out the form below and click the "SUBMIT FORM" button
2. Complete your purchase by clicking the link to the Package Sales page in the grey box
3. Login to your Black Bears MyProVenue account to see available renewal offers (only applies to renewals from the most recent season)
4. Select the package with the appropriate t-shirt size and complete the transaction
5. For mailed orders: change the Delivery Method to "Mail" by clicking the black arrow ▶️ on the right-hand side of the Delivery Method box on the Checkout page. Orders must be set to "Mail" Delivery or they will not be mailed. Orders are also available for pickup.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS:

• If renewing online, your My ProVenue account (online ticketing account) must match the same account that purchased last year's membership.
• If you do not see the Renewal Offer when logged into MPV to purchase the 2024 pack ($25 Price), please contact us at the box office.
