Register Online! Register up to four participants for the Black Bears Easter Egg Hunt online by clicking the button below. The form will close at 7 AM on March 28. Participation forms will be available at the Will-Call by the Indoor Hitting & Pitching Facility on the day of the event (formerly Gate C).

Registration at Kendrick Family Ballpark on March 28:

• Group 1 (Ages 3-6): 9:30 AM - 9:55 AM
  Egg Hunt: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
  Egg Hunt begins at 10 AM sharp

• Group 2 (Ages 7-10): 11:30 AM - 11:55 AM
  Egg Hunt: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
  Egg Hunt begins at 12 PM sharp

NEW ACTIVITY STATIONS FOR 2026 - Enjoy more FREE on-field activities provided by our community partners, including:

• Meet & Greet with Cooper and the Easter Bunny
• Photo booth with prints
• Face painting & balloon twisting
• Coloring stations and other crafts
• Gifts and Black Bears giveaway items
• Free chair massages for parents (😌)

1. All participants must completed a registration form prior to the event. If forms were submitted online, participants must still check-in at the designated table beside Gate C before entering the field.

2. Parents may join all young participants, but please leave the egg hunting to the kids!

3. Be respectful to others on the field while taking photos or enjoying activities.

4. Do not leave wrappers or trash on the field.

5. Stay on the field and in designated areas; no one is permitted on the berms.

Baskets/Bags

The Black Bears Easter Egg Hunt is BYOB -- Bring Your Own Basket! Additional baskets/bags will be available for participants at the gate prior to the event.

Inclement Weather/Rescheduling

In the event of inclement weather that requires postponement, the Black Bears will send information to registered participants via email the morning of the event and post updates on social media. Follow @WVBlackBears on X and Facebook for the most up-to-date information!
