(Trenton, NJ)-- The "Boomer for the People" campaign just got a whole lot more exciting (and tastier)! The Trenton Thunder's beloved mascot, Boomer, has announced his history-making running mates for his presidential bid: Cloudman and Slice, fellow Trenton Thunder mascots!
Boomer, the larger-than-life blue Thunderbird, is running on a platform of championing education and collecting school supplies for Trenton-area students. This unique campaign, focused on community spirit and supporting the next generation, has already captured the hearts of fans.
"We're thrilled to have Cloudman and Slice join the 'Boomer for the People' ticket," said Mike Warren, the Thunder's Radio Broadcaster and Boomer's Official Campaign Manager and Spokesperson. "Their combined enthusiasm and dedication to the Trenton community will be invaluable assets as we work to make a real difference."
Cloudman, who was introduced to Thunder fans in July of 2015, brings a message of optimism and teamwork to the campaign. His focus on honoring hometown heroes at every game complements Boomer's commitment to education, creating a well-rounded platform.
Slice, the energetic Pork Roll mascot, injects a dose of fun and community spirit. His love for Trenton and its residents perfectly aligns with the campaign's core values.
Fans can continue to show their support for Boomer, Cloudman, and Slice by:
- Grabbing a free "Boomer for the People" lawn sign at Trenton Thunder Ballpark.
- Rocking exclusive "Boomer for the People" merchandise available in the Thunder Company Store.
- Sharing their support on social media using the hashtag #BoomerForThePeople.
