Trenton Rescue Mission-New Direction Culinary Program Takeover

Your Trenton Thunder, presented by NJM Insurance Group, are proud to partner with the Rescue Mission of Trenton for a special fundraising event at Trenton Thunder Ballpark on Tuesday, July 23 @ 7pm to support the life-changing New Direction Program.

This unique experience offers fans the chance to enjoy a delicious meal prepared by Chef Jeff Henderson and students from the New Direction Culinary Program. Guests on the Thunder Luxury Suite Level will savor braised barbeque brisket sliders with melted jalapeno jack cheese and New Orleans jambalaya featuring shrimp, chicken, andouille sausage (vegetarian option available upon request). The Trenton Thunder will compliment the menu with a salad, additional entrée option, and dessert.
