Vendor FAQs

• Ballpark will open at 8am for set up, Expo opens for attendees at 9am
• All vendors must stay set up for the duration of the Expo
• Vendor tables are $300 per spot
• All spots will be under cover, so no tents are needed
• Vendors are not permitted to sell items, you may collect attendee info and give away items
• Electricity for vendors is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis. Please indicate if you would like to be located near an outlet when signing up

Attendee FAQs

• Entry to our Pet Expo is free with no registration required
• 1 well-behaved, leashed animal per attendee
• The Thunder reserve the right to remove an animal from the ballpark if it is not well-behaved
• Leashes are required on dogs at all times, no exceptions
• The Thunder will have bowls of water all along the concourse
• Concessions will be open for a limited time during lunch hours
