The 2026 season will mark Jordan's twenty-fifth with the Scrappers. Jordan held the role of General Manager for twelve seasons (2010-22) and was Assistant General Manager during the 2005-10 seasons. He served as Director of Ticket Sales from 2004-05. Jordan spent the previous three seasons in Corporate Marketing and Sales. Before joining the Scrappers, Jordan served as Ticketing Manager for C.K. Newcomb and Associates in Cleveland, OH. Jordan also interned with International Management Group (IMG) and worked for the Cleveland Indians. Jordan is active in the Valley; current Board Member of Trumbull 100 and past President, Board Member Niles Kiwanis and past Lt. Governor-Division 25 and President of Niles Kiwanis, past board member and President of Trumbull County Tourism Bureau. He was named a 2024 Trumbull County Community Star

A native of Westlake, OH, Jordan graduated from the University of Mount Union in May of 2000 with a degree in Sport Business and Business Management. Jordan currently resides in Howland with his wife Kristen, son Jensen, daughter Sullivan.

The 2026 season will be Heather's fourth as General Manager and twenty-second with the Scrappers. Prior to being named General Manager, Heather spent eight seasons as Assistant General Manager, Marketing. She previously worked in roles for the Scrappers as the Director of Marketing & Promotions, Box Office Manager, Director of Client Services and Account Executive. Heather also spent time with the Youngstown SteelHounds of the CHL. In the Valley, Heather is a member of the Warren Rotary and a Trumbull County Tourism Bureau Board Member. Heather graduated from the University of Toledo with a degree in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing and minor in Management. Heather currently resides in Struthers with her husband Myron and their daughters Isabella and Annabel.

Matt is entering his twentieth season as a full time staff member for the Scrappers. Before joining the Scrappers full time staff, he worked with the Williamsport Crosscutters (Radio Broadcaster - 2002) and West Virginia Power (Account Executive – 2005). Matt graduated in 2003 with a degree in Communications from Lycoming College (Williamsport, Pa.), where he also swam and played water polo. He is a fan of the New York Yankees and Washington Capitals. The Canisteo, N.Y. native currently resides in Brookfield with his wife Terri.

The 2026 season will be Brad's twenty-fifth season in Minor League Baseball and his twenty-first with the Scrappers. Before joining the Scrappers, Brad worked two seasons in the Frontier League, as the Assistant General Manager for the Canton Coyotes and Sales Coordinator / Director of Stadium Operations for the Canton Crocodiles. From 2005-2009 Brad was the Scrappers Director of Concessions. In 2010 Brad spent a season as the General Manager of Aerofare for the Akron Aeros. He then came back "home" to the Scrappers in 2011. Brad graduated from Bowling Green State University in May 2001 with a degree in Sports Marketing and a Minor in Marketing. Brad currently resides in Minerva with his wife Amy, his two daughters Avery, Carys, and their female pets.

The 2026 season marks her twelfth year with the Scrappers. Roxanne began her time with the Scrappers as the Box Office Manager for one season before becoming Accounting & HR Manager. Before joining the Scrappers she was a ticket sales intern for the Lake County Captains and ballpark operations intern for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Roxie earned a master of education degree in Sport Administration from Xavier University in 2014 and a bachelor's degree in Sport Administration in 2013 from Edinboro University (PA). She also was a four-year scholar athlete as a softball pitcher for the Edinboro Fighting Scots. Roxie is a Buffalo Sabres and Bills fan. A native of Dunkirk, New York, she currently resides in Cortland with her husband Mike and son Nolan.

The 2026 season marks George's full time return to the Scrappers. George started his time with the Scrappers in 2016 as a 50/50 ticket seller, progressing his way through internships with the organization and finally with a full time position as Box Office Manager in 2020 after graduating from Slippery Rock University. After the 2021 season, George moved to Virginia Beach with his now fiancé, Brianna. There, he was the Community Engagement & Merchandise Coordinator for the Baltimore Orioles Triple-A Affiliate, Norfolk Tides. In 2023 the Tides won the Triple-A National Championship earning George a ring. George is excited to return the the Valley and be closer to family and friends.

What is a Scrapper?
Scrapper (skrap-er) n. 1) An individual who fights, wrangles and battles; 2) a bulldog that battles to victory on a daily basis.

Who is Scrappy?
Like the industrial Mahoning Valley region he hails from, Scrappy's determination to never back down and fight until he wins is one of his most prized attributes. In 1999 Scrappy ran into a group of baseball players on their way to the ballpark and has made 7 17 Credit Union Field at Eastwood his home ever since. He can often be seen on top of a dugout cheering for his team or at outside events supporting the community. Scrappy is currently the only mascot in Minor League Baseball to wear a chain.

Jade met Scrappy at 7 17 Credit Union Field at Eastwood following some training at Sit Means Sit Mahoning Valley. The well trained pups found each other in their seats and their connection was instantaneous. Sparks flew, tails were wagging and they both were chomping at the bit to go on a date. They have been inseparable ever since.
