A family fun-filled day of hayrides, live music, craft beer, boat rides, and menu items inspired by the Trenton-founded Case’s Pork Roll culminated in a ten minute eating competition featuring some of the world’s most talented eaters.
Featuring Case’s Pork Roll menu items, be sure to bring your appetite. A variety of seasonal craft beers will cleanse your palette as you’re eating throughout the day. Live music from local bands will act as back drop as you take part in the myriad of fun games and activities for fans of all ages throughout the park. And finally, the day ends with the 9th Annual Trenton Thunder World Famous Case’s Pork Roll Eating Championship.
- Educational Games and Exhibits: Engage in hands-on learning and interactive fun, courtesy of Mercer County, The Watershed Institute, the Mercer County Park Commission, and the City of Trenton.
- Canoe and Boat Rides: Experience the beauty of the Delaware River with scenic rides.
- Live Music: Enjoy live performances throughout the day.
- Hayrides: Take a classic fall hayride for family fun courtesy of Howell Living History Farm.
- Fly Fishing Demonstrations: Try your hand at the art of fly fishing with members of the Ernest Schwiebert Chapter of Trout Unlimited.
- World Famous Case’s Pork Roll Delights: Indulge in a variety of mouthwatering menu items featuring Trenton’s iconic Case’s Pork Roll and other food items available for purchase
- Craft Beer Selections: Savor seasonal brews from local and national breweries.
- Live Music: Enjoy performances by talented local bands like Modern Mojo & Dueling Pianos
- Ninth Annual Trenton Thunder World Famous Case’s Pork Roll Eating Championship: Witness the high-energy, 10-minute Major League Eating sanctioned competition, where top competitive eaters battle for the coveted title.

RiverFest 2025 will take place at and around Trenton Thunder Ballpark, 1 Thunder Road, Trenton NJ.
How much are tickets and parking?
Admission and parking for RiverFest 2025 is FREE! Guests can park in any lot adjacent to Trenton Thunder Ballpark.
Do you need to be 21 years old or over to attend?
No! Guests of all ages are welcome to RiverFest 2025! There will be plenty of activities and entertainment for guests of all ages.
Do children need a ticket?
Children 3 and under do not require a ticket to enter RiverFest 2025.
- The Classic – Two slices of Case’s Pork Roll & American cheese on a Morabito sandwich bun. Yum
- Oink, Cluck & Moo – Sliced Case’s Pork Roll, yummy scrambled eggs, and melty American cheese on a soft kaiser roll
- Swine Sandwich – A slice of Case’s grilled Pork Roll, topped with a slice of melted American cheese, smothered in slow-roasted pulled pork, covered in crumbled bacon on a soft kaiser roll!
- Pig Pen – Chopped Case’s Pork Roll, pulled pork, and bacon bits all on top of a bed of mashed potatoes
- Trenton Dog – A Thunder baseball classic! A grilled jumbo hot dog, wrapped in sliced American cheese, wrapped again in Case’s sliced grilled Pork Roll served on a fresh soft-baked torpedo roll
- Trenton Burger – 2 slices of Case’s Pork Roll top a cheeseburger on a soft kaiser roll
- Trenton Steak – Pork Roll chop in cheesesteak meat
- Thunder Mozz – Case’s Pork Roll with Mozzarella sticks served on a torpedo roll
- Pork Roll Nachos – Nachos served with Pork Roll chop and cheese
- Double Oink – Case’s Pork Roll with sausage, egg, and cheese on a soft kaiser roll
- Squealer – Pork Roll Egg and Cheese served on French Toast bread
- Puffed Pork – Pork Roll dipped in funnel cake batter and fried to perfection
