Slater Fuchs serves as Vice President of Attain Sports and General Manager of the Frederick Keys. In this role, he supports the Attain Sports portfolio, which includes the Chesapeake Baysox, Aberdeen IronBirds, and Frederick Keys. His work focuses on organization strategy, revenue growth, partnership development, and the overall business performance of each team.
Slater's career in baseball began as a Baseball Operations Intern with the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, where he developed his foundation in player logistics, clubhouse operations, and the day-to-day rhythm of professional baseball. He later earned his degree in Psychology from Southern Methodist University and transitioned into the business side of sports.
He gained early front-office experience with the Allen Americans Hockey Club, working in corporate ticket sales and partnerships. From there, he joined the launch of the Frisco Fighters as Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, helping build the business from the ground up. Slater then played a key leadership role with the Pro Volleyball Federation (now Major League Volleyball), guiding the league's early corporate partnership strategy. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Arkansas State Sports Properties, overseeing strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and brand development for the university's athletics programs.
Throughout his career, Slater has built a reputation for driving growth, creating meaningful community relationships, and elevating both the fan and partner experience across every organization he has served.
