Work for the Cutters

The Williamsport Crosscutters will be holding in-person Job Fairs at Journey Bank Ballpark for all part-time game day staff positions on the following dates:

Working with the Cutters is perfect for teens (16+), seniors and everybody in between. Perfect for a first-time job, a fun second job or someone preferring part-time.

Prospective employees should expect to work both weeknights and weekends from June to September.

Anyone interested in working during the 2025 season should plan to attend one of the above job fairs. Applications for employment will only be accepted during the scheduled job fair hours listed above.

Game Day Internships (Part-Time)

Several opportunities are available for part-time game day interns. Game Day interns work during home games only. Game Day interns have responsibilities including assisting with in-game promotions, distribution of premium giveaway items, customer service and more.

Start Date: Mid-May
End Date: Early September (dependent upon school schedule)

Food & Beverage Internship (Full-Time)

The Food & Beverage intern will have responsibilities including inventory of food & beverage items, set-up of concession areas, food preparation, stadium operations and more.

Start Date: Mid-May
End Date: Early September (dependent upon school schedule)

Marketing & Promotions Internship (Full-Time)

The Marketing & Promotions Intern will have responsibilities including assisting with Media Day & other events, distribution of marketing materials, music editing, production of team media guide, assisting with in-game promotions, and more.

End Date: Early September (dependent upon school schedule)

Production Internship (Full-Time or Part-Time)

The Production Intern will have responsibilities including filming and editing of social media and in-stadium video content, planning and execution of nightly production elements, camera operation, and more. One Full-Time Internship and one Part-Time Internship are available.
