FREDERICK, MD – With Opening Day for the Frederick Keys 2025 season set to take place on Wednesday, June 4, the Keys are announcing temporary impacts to our traditional footprint that will last throughout this summer. These impacts are occurring due to renovations at Nymeo Field that reached a significant milestone on May 14.
Parking: There will be no impact to the upper parking lot on Stadium Drive. Additional parking will be available in the Trinity School lot adjacent to the ballpark and will be accessible via a newly paved pathway. For added convenience and safety, lighting will be installed along the path.
Fun Zone: Exciting updates are coming to the Fun Zone! For the 2025 season, the Fun Zone will be temporarily relocated to the front of the stadium with easy access through the concourse near the merchandise stand. Additionally for 2026, the Fun Zone will have a brand new home at the end of the expanded concourse along the first base side, providing even more space and fun for fans of all ages.
Carousel: The carousel has taken its final ride, but its story isn’t over yet. We’re partnering with the Frederick Arts Council on a special initiative that gives fans the opportunity to purchase one of the carousel animals, with proceeds benefiting charity. The event will take place in September.

Coors Light Chill Deck: The newly enhanced Coors Light Chill Deck now accommodates up to 150 guests and offers unbeatable views directly above third base—putting you right in the heart of the action!
Grass Berms: The grass berms will not be accessible in 2025 during the renovation. Opening in 2026 will be refreshed berms with three tiers.
The Frederick Keys begin their 2025 season against the West Virginia Black Bears on Wednesday, June 4 at 7 p.m. at Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium with all fans receiving a special gift from Aero Energy.
